The service at Café G is really helpful and friendly, with polite and helpful staff members. The hotel's location is outside the chaos of Agra, making it peaceful and accessible to the city. The dining experience includes both Indian and continental food with many options, tailored to our taste. Overall, a great value for money stay with fantastic room quality and service.

The hotel room was cold at first and the AC didn't work, but after fixing it, it still didn't work, so we were provided with a heater. The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff was very nice. The upgrade to a Deluxe room was good. The service was awesome, very professional, and courteous. The location was ideal, very close to Agra fort and the Taj Mahal. The dining experience was rather excellent, except for tasteless tea and coffee. The facilities were quite regular.
