The hotel room was cold at first and the AC didn't work, but after fixing it, it still didn't work, so we were provided with a heater. The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff was very nice. The upgrade to a Deluxe room was good. The service was awesome, very professional, and courteous. The location was ideal, very close to Agra fort and the Taj Mahal. The dining experience was rather excellent, except for tasteless tea and coffee. The facilities were quite regular.
